Party packages include two hours of private party room access, pizza, water, and juice for kids, fully decorated tables with coordinated tablecloths, plates, and napkins, and dedicated staff support throughout the event including setup and cleanup. Guests may bring their own cake to personalize celebrations. The facility requires signed waivers and socks for all participants to ensure safety during play.

General admission is available during operating hours. The center is open Monday through Sunday from 11 AM to 8 PM, though hours may vary due to private events, so calling ahead for confirmation is recommended. Additional services include the option to bring outside food for an additional fee and adult pizza available for purchase. Each party package allows two adults per child with additional adults available for a small fee.
