Royal Oak Farm Orchard

Royal Oak Farm Orchard is a family farm dedicated to glorifying God while serving the community, growing family traditions, and producing quality fruit. Their mission is rooted in faith, as reflected in their motto: “He who abides in me, and I in him, bears much fruit” (John 15:5a).

The orchard offers u-pick experiences with 30 varieties of apples to tickle every palette, providing an authentic farm experience from Mid-June through November. The picking season runs from apple blossoms in spring through the final harvest varieties in late fall.

The Activity Area features a carousel, trackless train, playground, and petting zoo with farm animals including goats (the “Hole in the Wall Gang”), cows, and other friendly creatures. Tours & Hayrides take visitors through the scenic orchard on tractor-drawn wagons for educational and enjoyable experiences.

Amaze ‘N Apples is the country’s only apple tree maze, offering a unique interactive experience where guests can navigate through actual apple trees while playing games and picking apples. The Gift Shop features local products, Royal Oak branded apparel and merchandise, and farm-themed gifts.

The Bakery is famous for their award-winning fresh apple cider donuts made daily, homemade pies in multiple flavors (apple, pumpkin, pecan, berry varieties), fresh fudge, caramel apples, tea breads, cookies, and seasonal baked goods. The Country Kitchen serves lunch featuring their famous chicken pot pies, hand-breaded chicken tenders, pulled pork sandwiches, homemade soups, salads, and their world-famous fruit pies for dessert.

Blossom Ridge offers u-cut flowers during the growing season. The farm features its own bee hives producing Royal Oak Farm honey and partners with Indian Summer Honey Farm for additional local honey products. Fresh-pressed apple cider is a seasonal specialty, with limited edition Honeycrisp Cider available while supplies last.

Royal Oak offers school tours, adult group tours with educational wagon rides through the orchard, and Saturday evening hayride and bonfire packages for private groups. The farm is located at 15908 Hebron Rd in Harvard, Illinois, approximately 15 minutes south of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The farm is veteran-owned and offers special recognition for military service members.
