KidStrong – Batavia

KidStrong Batavia is a science-based kids training center located at 53 South Randall Road in Batavia, Illinois, serving families throughout the Fox Valley area. This franchise location brings the nationally recognized KidStrong program to the western suburbs with a dedicated facility designed for children from walking age (approximately 11 to 15 months) through 11 years old to build confidence, character, and physical abilities through fun, developmentally appropriate challenges led by certified coaches.

Each week, children attend 45-minute classes structured around the KidStrong Whole Child Philosophy, which centers on three core developmental pillars: Strong Character, Strong Body, and Strong Mind. Character development builds teamwork, mental toughness, sportsmanship, and perseverance through cooperative and competitive games. Physical development promotes balance, coordination, strength, agility, and movement literacy through engaging obstacle courses and challenges. Mental development uses puzzles, games, and cognitive tasks to improve creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. The structured class format includes an affirmation to build self-esteem, a social greeting where students practice handshakes and eye contact, a foundations block for warm-ups and fundamental skill building, a milestone block for complex cognitive development, a move-and-learn block that blends physical activity with mental challenges such as pattern recognition or public speaking, and a performance block for skill mastery through repeated training. Programming changes weekly so each visit introduces entirely new activities.

The Batavia center is open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM and again from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, Tuesday from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM, and weekends with morning class hours. The facility features a clean, modern design with parent viewing areas. Membership options include monthly plans starting at approximately $109 to $129 per month depending on the plan selected. In addition to weekly memberships, KidStrong Batavia offers birthday party packages, seasonal summer camp programs, and day-off camp sessions when local schools are not in session.
