The facility provides quality gymnastics instruction in an encouraging and healthy environment, with programs designed to meet students at every skill level from beginner to competitive. Gym A, located at 2630 West Bradley Place, serves as the main facility offering boys’ beginner classes for ages 5 and up, girls’ gymnastics programs, and competitive team training. Gym B, at 2500 West Bradley Place, focuses on the youngest students with Parent-Tot classes for ages 20 months to 3.5 years and IK Kids classes for ages 3-5 years.
Programs include recreational gymnastics for boys and girls starting at age 5, trampoline classes for co-ed participants age 6 and above, and specialized classes such as Aero Dance and Zumba Kids. For younger children, the Parent & Tot programs include Baby Yoga and Toddler Tumbling in a supportive environment where caregivers participate alongside their children. The facility also offers competitive team programs for serious gymnasts looking to develop their skills at elite levels.
IK Gymnastics features professional-grade gymnastics equipment, spacious training areas, and viewing areas for parents to observe their children’s progress. The facility hosts birthday parties, camps during school breaks, and special events. Additional adult programs include Pilates, prenatal fitness, and lunchtime workout classes, making IK a comprehensive fitness destination for the entire family.
The coaching staff consists of highly trained instructors with extensive gymnastics backgrounds who focus on proper technique, safety, and individual skill development. The facility emphasizes building confidence, strength, flexibility, and discipline while fostering a love for gymnastics and physical activity. With small class sizes and personalized attention, students receive instruction tailored to their individual abilities and goals, whether they’re learning basic tumbling skills or training for competition at advanced levels.
