Edgewater Playhouse

Edgewater Playhouse is an early childhood activity studio located on the North side of Chicago, providing a fun and engaging space for young children to participate in gymnastics lessons, enjoy indoor play during Open Gyms and Toy Times, and celebrate birthday parties with family and friends.

The facility offers three levels of gymnastics classes tailored to different age groups and developmental stages. Babes & Buds is an adult/child introductory gymnastics class designed for children ages 2 through 3 years, where caregivers actively participate alongside their children in learning basic gymnastics skills and movement.

Tiny Tumblers is a child-independent gymnastics class for children ages 3 through 4 years, where children work independently to develop fundamental gymnastics skills, coordination, and confidence. Future Flippers is designed for children ages 5 through 6 years, offering more advanced gymnastics instruction as children continue to build on their skills and progress in their abilities.

All classes focus on age-appropriate instruction, fun movement activities, and skill development in a safe, supportive environment. The studio features child-sized gymnastics equipment including bars, beams, floor areas, and other apparatus designed specifically for young learners.

In addition to regular gymnastics classes, Edgewater Playhouse offers Open Gym and Toy Time sessions where children can enjoy free play in the facility. Birthday party packages are available for families looking to celebrate special occasions in an active, fun environment. Gift certificates can be purchased for classes or other services.

Families can access a Parent Portal for class registration, scheduling, and account management. The studio maintains regular class sessions throughout the year and provides information about class availability on their website.
