A Fairytale Ballet – Lakeview

A Fairytale Ballet offers extraordinary dance education for children ages 18 months through 12th grade, combining literature, costumes, music, and props for enhanced ballet learning. The Fairytale Ballet program for ages 1.5-5 features weekly themed classes including Baby Ballerinas (18-24 months with nursery rhymes), Twinkle Toes (ages 2-3 toddler class), Fairytale Ballerinas (ages 2.5-5 with progressing curriculum), and Pre-Ballet (K & 1st grade transitioning to Academy).

Each class uses cherished childhood stories as inspiration with coordinating costumes and props to create engaging movement and creativity. The Academy Program for K-12th grade offers enhanced ballet education studying classical ballets, character, and composers over 3-6 week periods. Advanced offerings include Pointe, Tap, Contemporary, and Specialty Classes.

Classes emphasize ballet technique, French terminology, traditional barre work, and group choreography. The curriculum merges essential ballet elements with an all-encompassing experience. Birthday parties are available. Private, semi-private, and pod lessons are offered for personalized instruction. Camps and workshops provide intensive dance experiences during school breaks.
