US Elite Martial Arts & Fitness Center provides comprehensive martial arts training and fitness programs for all ages in Arlington Heights and Buffalo Grove. With over 22 years of experience, the academy has been voted the #1 martial arts school in the area for 10 consecutive years.
The center offers specialized programs including Little Ninjas for ages 4-5, Children’s Martial Arts for ages 6-12, and a Martial Arts Leadership Program for students 8 and older. Teen and adult programs include traditional Martial Arts as well as high-energy Fitness Kickboxing classes. The curriculum combines Taekwondo, karate, boxing, and kickboxing techniques to provide a well-rounded martial arts experience.
Programs emphasize building life skills including confidence, discipline, respect, focus, and communication. The facility features professional instructors dedicated to helping students succeed mentally, physically, emotionally, and socially both on and off the mat. Additional offerings include Skills and Stripes classes, mini camps during spring break and Christmas break, and Parents Night Out events for families.
