BIG Gymnastics

BIG Gymnastics is a premier gymnastics training facility dedicated to teaching excellence in women’s recreational and competitive gymnastics and tumbling for children starting at 18 months through adulthood. BIG Gymnastics is home to USAG Women’s Development Program (DP Team) and USAG XCEL Team programs for competitive gymnasts. The competitive teams provide opportunities for athletes to compete at various levels, from beginner to elite, with comprehensive training schedules throughout the year. The facility maintains detailed team meet schedules and provides collegiate information for athletes aspiring to continue gymnastics at the university level.

BIG Gymnastics hosts birthday parties and special events in their spacious facility, which features state-of-the-art equipment including foam pits, trampolines, balance beams, uneven bars, and tumbling floors. Open gym sessions are offered regularly throughout the week, providing supervised free play opportunities for children to explore gymnastics equipment in a non-structured format, often with special obstacle courses set up for extra fun.

Summer camps are offered annually, providing week-long day camp experiences combining gymnastics instruction with games and activities. The facility also features the annual BIG CLASSIC gymnastics meet, hosting competitive gymnasts from across the region.
