Camp Galileo – Lincoln Park

Galileo Learning operates award-winning Camp Galileo summer camps and expanded learning programs across over 60 locations in Northern California, Southern California, Chicagoland, Denver, and Seattle. For over 20 years, Galileo has delivered hands-on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) projects, outdoor play, and summer fun to hundreds of thousands of campers. The camps serve students from kindergarten through 10th grade with innovative, imagination-sparking curriculum that unlocks critical innovation and collaboration skills.

Camp Galileo combines mind-blowing innovation with big summer fun through three core components: incredible STEAM projects that really work (from coral reefs and castles to robots and go-karts), collaborative team activities with friends to tackle design challenges and celebrate victories, and unforgettable outdoor camp experiences including games, silly songs, face painting, and pie throwing. The curriculum is created year-round by a team of teachers, artists, makers, and engineers.

In the Chicagoland area, Galileo operates camps at 14 locations including Arlington Heights, Chicago (Beverly, Hyde Park, Lincoln Park, Lincoln Square, West Loop, Wicker Park), Evanston, Glenview, La Grange, Oak Park/River Forest, Orland Park, Wheaton, and Winnetka. The program also offers scholarship opportunities and works with school and community organizations to bring Camp Galileo programs to more students. Each camp provides a safe, inclusive environment where students build creative problem-solving skills that last a lifetime.
