Team ONE Lacrosse

Team ONE Lacrosse is an elite lacrosse development organization serving Illinois with comprehensive programming for both boys and girls. The organization operates from its facility at 3090 North Lake Terrace in Glenview and maintains multiple training locations throughout the Chicago area including North Shore and Western suburbs. Team ONE is affiliated with Nations Best Lacrosse and prioritizes high-level lacrosse development across all age groups.

The club structure includes competitive travel teams with multiple divisions: Boys Academy, Boys North, Boys West, and Illinois Best programs, plus Girls Wildcat, Girls North, and Girls West teams. The organization follows a player pathway system from beginner levels through elite college-prep teams. Supplemental tryouts are held during summer for both boys and girls programs. The club also operates Futures Programs for younger players (8U and entry-level participants) to develop foundational skills.
