Dynamic Lynks

Dynamic Lynks is a comprehensive music therapy and wellness center located in downtown Oak Park, offering inclusive and affirming services for individuals of all ages and abilities. The center specializes in using music and movement to facilitate skill development, growth, and discovery through client-centered therapeutic strategies.

Services include individual and group music therapy sessions delivered in the clinic, across Chicago area schools, and through community partnerships. The board-certified music therapists provide accessible music lessons for voice, piano, guitar, ukulele, strings, and percussion, with instruction adapted for children of all abilities starting as young as age 5.

The center offers adaptive yoga classes designed to enhance proprioception, sensory integration, and motor skills development through traditional poses combined with hands-on adjustments, visuals, and auditory cues. Programs include Parent & Me Yoga, Kids Yoga, and Teen Yoga group classes featuring traditional Vinyasa flows and yoga games.
