Profile
KidStrong is a science-based kids training program designed to build strong, confident, and high-character children through weekly classes led by expert coaches. The program serves families with children from walking age (approximately 14 months) through 11 years old, offering a developmentally appropriate curriculum that focuses on the whole child philosophy.
Each week, children participate in 45-minute structured classes that incorporate movement and fun into the learning process, making education more effective and enjoyable. The programming is specially designed by child development experts to improve kids’ emotional, mental, and physical skills simultaneously. Classes change weekly, ensuring that every session brings new and unique activities that keep children engaged and motivated.
The curriculum is built on three core pillars: Strong Character, Strong Body, and Strong Mind. Character development focuses on teaching important life skills like teamwork, mental toughness, and sportsmanship through interactive games. Physical development activities promote balance, coordination, strength, and agility in age-appropriate ways. Mental development incorporates puzzles, games, and challenges designed to improve creativity, problem-solving skills, and cognitive function.
KidStrong creates a unique environment where parents are invited to be active participants in their child’s development, with front-row seats to watch and celebrate achievements. The program maintains clean, modern centers with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities designed specifically to optimize the KidStrong experience. All coaches are certified and professionally trained to inspire kids to be their best selves while creating a safe, supportive environment.
In addition to regular weekly memberships, KidStrong offers birthday party packages and seasonal camps, including day-off camps when school is closed. The franchise operates multiple locations across the Chicago area, including Lincoln Park, Elmwood Park, Libertyville, and other suburbs, making the program accessible to families throughout the region.
