Tiny Tunes Studio

Tiny Tunes Studio is a music enrichment program specializing in fun and engaging music classes for young children aged 3 months to 5 years old. Located at Glessner House, 1800 S Prairie Avenue in Chicago, the studio is led by skilled musicians who play guitar and encourage children to participate in interactive, sensory-rich music-making activities.

The studio offers two primary class types: Mixed-Age Group Classes for children 3 months to 5 years, and Tiny Sensations, a baby sensory class specifically designed for pre-walkers aged 3 months to 15 months. Mixed-age classes provide a gentle introduction to child development through music, exploring ways of enjoying music and developing language through listening, singing, playing, and movement. Classes are designed to be fully interactive, allowing children to engage with music and each other in a way that fosters community and shared experience.

Tiny Sensations is a 45-minute sensory development class that stimulates babies’ various senses including touching, feeling, seeing, and hearing. Each activity addresses different senses to stimulate learning and exploration patterns. Classes provide a safe environment for parents, caregivers, and babies to bond through creative play, baby signing, story time, tummy time activities, and music.

Tiny Tunes Studio also offers mobile services through their Tiny Tunes On-The-Go program, including the Tiny Tenants Program for apartment buildings and the Tiny Musicians Program for daycares in Chicago and New York. Musicians can be hired for birthday parties and private playdates to help celebrate special occasions. The studio emphasizes meeting important developmental milestones including improved language skills, increased socialization, and enhanced physical coordination. Classes introduce children to a variety of musical instruments and styles, from traditional nursery rhymes to current hits, fostering a lifelong love for music.
