KidStrong – Schaumburg

KidStrong Schaumburg is a science-based kids training center located at 2450 West Schaumburg Road in Prairie Towne Center in Schaumburg, Illinois. This location opened in December 2025 and serves families throughout the Schaumburg and northwest suburban area with the nationally recognized KidStrong program, a membership-based developmental training curriculum designed to help children from walking age (approximately 11 to 15 months) through 11 years old grow into strong, confident, high-character individuals through weekly coached sessions in a clean, modern facility.

Children participate in 45-minute classes each week led by certified coaches, structured around the KidStrong Whole Child Philosophy with three core developmental pillars: Strong Character, Strong Body, and Strong Mind. Physical skills like agility, strength, speed, balance, and coordination are developed through engaging movement activities and obstacle courses, while social and emotional skills such as teamwork, confidence, emotional regulation, and sportsmanship are woven into every session. Cognitive development is fostered through puzzles, games, and mental challenges that build creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Each class is developmentally appropriate, intentionally challenging, and designed to feel like play, making learning engaging and enjoyable for children at every stage. The structured format includes an affirmation to build self-esteem, a social greeting emphasizing handshakes and eye contact, a foundations block for warm-ups and skill development, a milestone block targeting complex cognitive growth, a move-and-learn block blending physical activity with mental challenges, and a performance block for mastery.

The Schaumburg center features viewing areas that allow parents to observe and encourage their children during class, creating a connected family experience that reinforces the lessons learned during each session. Programming changes weekly so each visit features entirely new activities. Classes are divided into developmental age groups from early walkers through pre-teens. Membership includes one class per week. Beyond regular classes, KidStrong Schaumburg offers seasonal camps including summer programs and school break camps, Parent Night Out programs, and birthday party packages for both members and non-members. These additional offerings provide families with flexible year-round options for enrichment, socialization, and active play. The Prairie Towne Center location offers convenient access with ample parking for families across the Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Roselle, Hanover Park, and Streamwood communities.
